  • Theme: “Gathering in the Great Central Plains, Charting New Development Together”
  • Scale: 65,000 m² of exhibition space, over 2,000 domestic and international companies participating, with an expected 120,000 professional visitors.
  • Exhibition Zones: Catering ingredients, imported meats, braised delicacies, cold chain and food machinery, raw materials, auxiliary ingredients, and seasonings, as well as chain franchises, fresh produce, and beverages.
  • Concurrent Events: Over 20 high-level forums and competitions, including the World Meat Trade Service Conference and the China Henan Cuisine Ingredients E-commerce Festival.

The 3rd Outlook (2026)

  • Venue: Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center (Planned to be fully booked)
  • Scale: Planned exhibition area of 80,000 square meters; expected attendance of over 100,000 trade visitors.
  • Exhibition Zones: Ten specialized zones will be established, covering the entire industry chain, including International Meat, Meat Snack Foods, Integrated Meat, Poultry, and Seafood, Seasonings and Ingredients, Food Processing and Packaging Machinery, Cold Chain Logistics, Restaurant Franchising, Specialty Braised Delicacies, Plant-Based and Soy Products, and “Small but Beautiful” Enterprises.
  • Concurrent Events: Over 20 forums, competitions, and matchmaking sessions are planned, including the World Meat Trade Services Conference, the China Henan Cuisine Ingredients E-commerce Festival, and the China (Zhengzhou) Braised Delicacies Industry Development Conference.
